Returns & Refunds

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products through xorabd.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with the policy below.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify our Customer Support within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Photo or video evidence of the issue is provided

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • The original invoice and product packaging are returned (where applicable)

Requests made after the eligible period may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, swatched, opened, or unsealed

  • Liquid or semi-liquid products once opened

  • Products returned due to change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with smell, texture, color, design, or suitability

  • Products with missing original packaging or invoice


Incorrect Orders by Customer

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, we may offer an exchange at our discretion.
In such cases, all return and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.


Refund Processing

Once your return request is approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost, or

  • A refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method (where applicable)

Shipping fees for approved defective or incorrect items will not be charged.


Return Shipping

  • For approved claims, return shipping may be arranged by our Customer Support team (conditions apply)

  • If the claim is found to be invalid after inspection, the product will be returned to you, and any shipping costs will be your responsibility
